A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of mechlorethamine (nitrogen mustard), methotrexate, and procarbazine. This combination has been studied in various cancer treatments, particularly as a modification of the MOPP regimen (which typically includes mechlorethamine, vincristine, procarbazine, and prednisone) for Hodgkin lymphoma.
