MEDI0457 + durvalumab

MEDI0457 + durvalumab is a combination therapy consisting of a **DNA vaccine targeting HPV-16/18 E6/E7 antigens (MEDI0457)**, with an **IL-12 genetic adjuvant**, and **durvalumab**, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits PD-L1. MEDI0457 is designed to stimulate the immune system to target HPV-driven cancers by inducing T-cell responses against HPV antigens. Durvalumab blocks the programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) pathway, enhancing immune activation against tumor cells.
