MEDI0562 + tremelimumab

MEDI0562 + tremelimumab is an investigational combination therapy composed of two monoclonal antibodies: **MEDI0562**, a humanized IgG1K monoclonal antibody that acts as an agonist of the OX40 receptor (TNFRSF4) on activated T cells, and **tremelimumab**, a human monoclonal antibody that targets cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4).
