MEDI3726 + enzalutamide

MEDI3726 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and delivers a pyrrolobenzodiazepine warhead to cancer cells. It is designed for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, particularly in patients who have progressed after therapies such as abiraterone and/or enzalutamide and taxane-based chemotherapy. Enzalutamide is an androgen receptor inhibitor used to treat various forms of prostate cancer, including castration-resistant and metastatic castration-sensitive disease. It works by blocking the effects of androgen hormones, thereby inhibiting the growth of prostate cancer cells[1][2][3][4]. The combination represents a potential therapeutic strategy for advanced or resistant forms of prostate cancer.
