MEDI6469 + durvalumab

MEDI6469 + durvalumab is a combination of two investigational immunotherapies being studied for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Durvalumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody that targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and CD80, thereby enhancing the immune system's ability to recognize and destroy cancer cells. It is developed by AstraZeneca and marketed under the brand name Imfinzi, with multiple approvals for cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, biliary tract cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, endometrial cancer, and bladder cancer[1][2][3][4][5][7].
