Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a multi-peptide cancer vaccine formulation composed of three tumor-associated antigen peptides—Melan-A ELA, NY-ESO-1b, and MAGE-A10—combined with the adjuvant Montanide. Each peptide targets a different cancer/testis antigen (CTA) commonly expressed in melanoma and other solid tumors. The vaccine is designed to stimulate both CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocyte and CD4+ helper T cell responses against tumor cells expressing these antigens. Montanide acts as an immune adjuvant to enhance the immunogenicity of the peptides by promoting stronger and more durable immune responses. This combination aims to induce robust, multi-antigen-specific cellular immunity for therapeutic benefit in advanced melanoma or other cancers expressing these antigens[2][3][5].
