meloxicam + methotrexate

Meloxicam + methotrexate is a combination of two pharmaceutical drugs commonly used in the management of rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune or inflammatory conditions. Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, leading to decreased synthesis of prostaglandins involved in inflammation and pain. Methotrexate is an antimetabolite and disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) that inhibits dihydrofolate reductase, interfering with DNA synthesis and immune cell proliferation.
