Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This drug is a topical, cell-free regenerative therapy consisting of the secretome (the complex mixture of bioactive factors, exosomes, and cytokines) derived from Wharton's Jelly-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) stabilized and embedded in a lyophilized hyaluronic acid (HA) sponge. Designed for dermatological use, particularly for psoriasis vulgaris, it delivers nanoscale exosomes and cytokines locally to modulate immunity, promote angiogenesis, and support repair processes. The formulation combines the immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, and pro-regenerative properties of the MSC-secretome with the hydrating and stabilizing matrix effect of HA, in a ready-to-use sterile sponge for non-invasive application. Mechanisms of action include local suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines (such as IL-6 and TNF-α), upregulation of anti-inflammatory mediators, stimulation of angiogenesis, barrier enhancement, and skin elasticity improvement. Early clinical and preclinical studies show significant reduction of psoriasis severity, enhanced skin repair, and favorable safety profiles[1][4][7].
