**MesoPher** is an investigational personalized dendritic-cell cancer vaccine composed of autologous monocyte-derived dendritic cells loaded ex vivo with **PheraLys**, an allogeneic tumour-cell lysate containing a broad repertoire of tumour-associated antigens. The antigen-loaded dendritic cells are intended to present shared mesothelioma and pancreatic cancer antigens to the patient's immune system, inducing tumour-reactive T-cell responses, including cytotoxic CD8-positive T-cell activity. MesoPher has been developed for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, including the post-resection adjuvant setting evaluated in the REACtiVe program, and has also been investigated in mesothelioma.
