metoclopramide + mosapride

A combination of **metoclopramide** and **mosapride**, both of which are gastrointestinal prokinetic agents used to enhance gastrointestinal motility. Metoclopramide is primarily a dopamine receptor antagonist, while mosapride is a selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist.
