Overview
Mezigdomide + bortezomib + dexamethasone is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for **relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma**. Mezigdomide is an oral selective cereblon E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD) that induces ubiquitination and degradation of specific substrates, stimulating immune response and direct anti-myeloma activity.
