A combination therapy regimen consisting of modified IFL (mIFL) chemotherapy plus bevacizumab. mIFL includes irinotecan (125 mg/m²), leucovorin (20 mg/m²) bolus, and 5-fluorouracil intravenous infusion (500 mg/m²) administered weekly for four weeks every six weeks, with bevacizumab (5 mg/kg) given every two weeks. This combination has shown significant efficacy in treating metastatic colorectal cancer, improving progression-free survival, overall survival, and response rates compared to mIFL alone.
