Overview

**Mirabegron + propranolol** is a hypothetical or non-standard combination of two distinct pharmaceutical agents: mirabegron, a β3-adrenergic receptor agonist approved for the treatment of overactive bladder, and propranolol, a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor antagonist widely used for hypertension, angina, cardiac arrhythmias, migraine prophylaxis, and other indications. Mirabegron activates β3-adrenergic receptors in the detrusor muscle of the bladder, leading to increased bladder capacity. Propranolol competitively blocks β1- and β2-adrenergic receptors, decreasing heart rate, myocardial contractility, and systemic blood pressure. There is no approved fixed-dose combination product of these two drugs. No clinical trials, regulatory status, or brand names are established for the combination itself.
