The mixture of modified allergen extracts of 6 grasses + modified allergen extract of olive pollen is a subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy (SCIT) product developed by Inmunotek S.L. It is a polymerized allergoid formulation created by glutaraldehyde modification of extracts from six grass species (*Holcus lanatus*, *Dactylis glomerata*, *Lolium perenne*, *Phleum pratense*, *Poa pratensis*, and *Festuca elatior*) and olive tree (*Olea europaea*) pollen. This chemical modification reduces the IgE-binding capacity of the allergens, thereby minimizing the risk of systemic allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) during administration, while preserving their immunogenicity to induce protective IgG antibodies and T-cell tolerance. The drug is intended for patients co-sensitized to both grass and olive pollens who suffer from moderate-to-severe allergic rhinitis, rhinoconjunctivitis, and/or controlled mild-to-moderate asthma.
