Overview

**Mogamulizumab + durvalumab** is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. **Mogamulizumab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the chemokine receptor CCR4, leading to depletion of effector regulatory T cells (eTregs), which are thought to suppress antitumor immune responses. **Durvalumab** is a human IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and CD80 and thereby removing inhibitory signals that suppress cytotoxic T lymphocyte activity. This combination is aimed at modulating distinct immune checkpoints to synergistically enhance antitumor immunity. Clinical trials indicate the regimen is tolerable, but antitumor efficacy in advanced solid tumors (including pancreatic cancer) appears limited to date[1][3][5].
