Overview

Mogamulizumab + mLSG15 is a **combination regimen** of mogamulizumab, a humanized anti-CC chemokine receptor 4 monoclonal antibody, with the dose-intensified chemotherapy regimen mLSG15. Mogamulizumab targets CCR4, which is expressed on the surface of tumor cells in adult T-cell leukemia-lymphoma (ATL), leading to direct cytotoxicity and immune-mediated cell killing. mLSG15 comprises multi-agent chemotherapy (VCAP-AMP-VECP: vincristine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, prednisolone, cytarabine, methotrexate, etoposide, and other agents). The combination is primarily investigated for newly diagnosed aggressive ATL, aiming to improve complete response rates and overall survival, with some increases in hematological and immunologic toxicities compared to chemotherapy alone[1][3][6]. The main developer and manufacturer for mogamulizumab is Kyowa Kirin[5]. The combination is considered investigational and is not yet approved outside Japan for front-line therapy.
