Mogamulizumab + tremelimumab is an investigational combination of two immunotherapy monoclonal antibodies. **Mogamulizumab** is an anti-CCR4 humanized monoclonal antibody that targets CC chemokine receptor type 4 (CCR4) on certain regulatory T cells (Tregs) and some malignant T cells, leading to their depletion via mechanisms such as antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). **Tremelimumab** is a fully human monoclonal antibody against CTLA-4, blocking the interaction of CTLA-4 with CD80/CD86, which enhances T-cell mediated immune responses.
