Overview
This is a combination drug used for the treatment of functional dyspepsia and other digestive disorders. Mosapride is a selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist that promotes acetylcholine release, stimulating gastrointestinal motility and improving symptoms such as bloating, nausea, vomiting, early satiety, and abdominal discomfort[2][3][4]. Aspergillus oryzae pancreatin (米曲菌胰酶片) contains digestive enzymes including amylase, protease, lipase from Aspergillus oryzae and pancreatic enzymes; it aids in the digestion of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in the stomach and intestines[1][7]. The combination is used to address both impaired gastrointestinal motility (via mosapride) and insufficient digestive enzyme activity (via Aspergillus oryzae pancreatin), providing comprehensive relief for patients with functional dyspepsia.
