Motesanib + panitumumab is a combination therapy consisting of motesanib, an orally administered small-molecule antagonist of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1, 2, and 3), platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR), and Kit, along with panitumumab, a fully human anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) monoclonal antibody.
