Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MOv18-TR66 F(ab')2 is a bispecific antibody fragment designed to redirect human T lymphocytes to target human ovarian carcinoma cells. It functions by simultaneously binding to the T cell receptor complex on T cells and a cell-surface antigen expressed by ovarian carcinoma cells. This retargeting of the immune system aims to impede tumor growth and improve host survival in ovarian cancer.
