moxifloxacin + ketorolac

Mofdrib-KT Eye Drops is a fixed-dose combination ophthalmic solution developed by Akrovis Pharmaceuticals. It contains moxifloxacin, a fourth-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and ketorolac tromethamine, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). The product is indicated for the treatment of bacterial ocular infections where an anti-inflammatory component is also required, such as in the management of post-operative inflammation following cataract surgery or in cases of bacterial conjunctivitis with significant swelling and pain. Moxifloxacin provides broad-spectrum antibacterial activity by inhibiting DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, while ketorolac reduces ocular pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis through the blockade of cyclooxygenase enzymes.
