Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MRG007 + bevacizumab is an investigational combination therapy comprising MRG007 (also known as ARR-217) and bevacizumab. MRG007 is a cadherin-17 (CDH17)-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that utilizes a glycan-linked, exatecan-based payload to deliver cytotoxic effects to cells overexpressing CDH17, a molecule frequently found in gastrointestinal malignancies. Bevacizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), thereby blocking tumor angiogenesis. The combination is designed to leverage the targeted cytotoxicity of the ADC alongside the anti-angiogenic properties of bevacizumab to treat advanced solid tumors, particularly colorectal, gastric, and pancreatic cancers. The regimen is currently being evaluated in a Phase I clinical trial (NCT07066657) sponsored by ArriVent BioPharma.
