Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Multi-specifics (Tetra-specific) is a preclinical-stage, AutoRegulation (AR)-enabled tetra-specific antibody being developed by NovalGen. The therapeutic candidate is engineered using NovalGen's proprietary AutoRegulation platform, which incorporates built-in molecular biosensors that act as a 'fuse' to transiently and locally switch off therapeutic activity in response to toxicity signals in the disease environment. This self-regulating mechanism is designed to prevent severe toxicities, such as cytokine release syndrome, while maintaining long-term cellular fitness and therapeutic efficacy. The specific targets and therapeutic indications for this tetra-specific program remain undisclosed.
