Overview

The mutant-calreticulin peptide vaccine is an investigational **peptide cancer vaccine** developed at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai for CALR-mutated myeloproliferative neoplasms, including essential thrombocythemia and myelofibrosis. It contains peptide antigen derived from the shared mutant calreticulin C-terminal neoantigen created by CALR exon 9 mutations and is intended to stimulate antigen-specific antitumor immune responses against CALR-mutant hematopoietic cells. The vaccine is being evaluated with the immune adjuvant Poly-ICLC in the Phase 1 study NCT05025488. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05025488))
