The combination has been studied experimentally to model or counteract metabolic disturbances such as insulin resistance induced by elevated free fatty acids (using lipid emulsion plus heparin) and to assess whether NAC can mitigate these effects through its antioxidant action[1]. This specific triple combination does not have a unique brand name or established clinical indication but is used in research settings to study metabolic regulation.
