NA-931 + tirzepatide

NA-931 + tirzepatide is a combination therapy currently in phase 2 clinical development for obesity and overweight management. NA-931 is an oral, proprietary quadruple agonist targeting IGF-1, GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors. Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist peptide, FDA-approved for obesity, diabetes, and sleep apnea. The combination aims to provide synergistic effects on weight loss, blood glucose control, and lipid metabolism, leveraging the unique mechanisms of both agents. NA-931 is designed to enhance fat metabolism, preserve muscle mass, and minimize the gastrointestinal and systemic side effects commonly associated with GLP-1 agonists by potentially reducing required tirzepatide doses.
