Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**NALRINOX** is a spelling variant of **NALIRIFOX**, a four-drug intravenous antineoplastic regimen comprising liposomal irinotecan, oxaliplatin, fluorouracil, and leucovorin. Liposomal irinotecan is a topoisomerase I inhibitor formulation, oxaliplatin produces cytotoxic DNA crosslinks, fluorouracil inhibits thymidylate synthase and disrupts nucleic-acid synthesis, and leucovorin potentiates fluorouracil activity. The regimen is FDA-approved as first-line treatment for adults with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma and is also being evaluated in neoadjuvant and locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma settings.
