Naproxen + pregabalin is a combination therapy consisting of two distinct pharmaceutical agents used primarily for the management of pain, particularly neuropathic and inflammatory pain. Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase 1 (COX-1) and cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) enzymes, leading to decreased prostaglandin synthesis and thus reducing inflammation, pain, and fever[5].
