Overview

A fixed-dose combination of **narlaprevir**, **ritonavir**, and **daclatasvir** used as an **all-oral antiviral regimen** in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1b infection. Narlaprevir is a protease inhibitor targeting the HCV NS3/4A protease, daclatasvir is an NS5A inhibitor blocking viral RNA replication and assembly, and ritonavir is used as a pharmacokinetic enhancer (boosting narlaprevir levels by CYP3A4 inhibition)[1][2][3][4][7]. The regimen is administered orally and has demonstrated sustained virologic response (SVR12) rates of approximately 90% in phase 2 studies of treatment-naïve, genotype 1b HCV patients without specific NS5A resistance mutations[1][2][3][4][7].
