Navitoclax + etoposide + cisplatin is a combination chemotherapy regimen investigated for treatment of various solid tumors, including small cell lung cancer and other malignancies. Navitoclax (ABT-263) is a small molecule inhibitor targeting anti-apoptotic members of the BCL-2 family (BCL-2, BCL-XL, BCL-W), promoting apoptosis in cancer cells.
