Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**NB-1008** is an investigational intranasal, nanoemulsion-adjuvanted seasonal influenza vaccine originally developed by NanoBio and continued by BlueWillow Biologics. It combines the licensed inactivated influenza vaccine Fluzone with the W805EC oil-in-water nanoemulsion adjuvant for nasal administration. The formulation is intended to induce influenza antigen-specific mucosal, systemic humoral, and T-helper-1-skewed cellular immune responses; it was evaluated in completed Phase 1 studies in healthy adults using nasal drops and a nasal sprayer.
