Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Netarsudil + latanoprost is a fixed-dose combination ophthalmic solution used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in adults with primary open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. The drug combines two active ingredients: netarsudil, a Rho kinase inhibitor that increases trabecular outflow by reducing cell contraction and stiffness in the trabecular meshwork, and latanoprost, a prostaglandin F2α analogue that increases uveoscleral outflow of aqueous humor. This dual mechanism provides additive effects for lowering intraocular pressure. The combination is administered as eye drops once daily[1][2][3][5][8].
