Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Nicotinamide riboside + pterostilbene is an oral two-small-molecule combination developed by Elysium Health as **EH301** and marketed as the dietary supplement **Basis**. Nicotinamide riboside chloride is a vitamin B3-derived nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide precursor intended to increase cellular NAD+ availability, while pterostilbene is a stilbene polyphenol intended to support sirtuin activity and reduce oxidative stress. EH301 has been studied as an investigational therapy for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and is also being evaluated in perioperative acute kidney injury prevention.
