nicotine + galantamine

Nicotine + galantamine is an experimental combination of two small molecule drugs, nicotine and galantamine. Nicotine is a nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) agonist, while galantamine is both a reversible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and a positive allosteric modulator of nAChRs.
