Overview

ZG005 + paclitaxel + cisplatin + bevacizumab is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the first-line treatment of advanced cervical cancer. The regimen consists of nilvanstomig (ZG005), a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT); paclitaxel, a microtubule-stabilizing chemotherapeutic agent; cisplatin, a platinum-based DNA alkylating chemotherapeutic agent; and bevacizumab, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). This combination is designed to synergistically enhance anti-tumor immune responses through dual immune checkpoint inhibition while simultaneously inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and inducing cytotoxic tumor cell death. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase I/II clinical trial (NCT06241235) for patients with advanced cervical carcinoma.
