Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The combination of ZG005 (nilvanstomig), paclitaxel, and platinum chemotherapy is an investigational chemo-immunotherapy regimen being evaluated for the first-line treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly advanced cervical cancer. Nilvanstomig is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody designed to simultaneously target and block the PD-1 and TIGIT immune checkpoint pathways, thereby synergistically restoring T-cell and NK-cell mediated anti-tumor immune responses. Paclitaxel is a microtubule-stabilizing chemotherapy agent that inhibits cell division, while the platinum component (either cisplatin or carboplatin) acts as a DNA-damaging alkylating agent. By combining dual checkpoint inhibition with cytotoxic chemotherapy, this regimen aims to enhance immunogenic cell death and improve clinical outcomes in patients with advanced malignancies.
