Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ZG005 + paclitaxel + platinum chemotherapy + bevacizumab is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the first-line treatment of advanced cervical cancer. The regimen consists of nilvanstomig (ZG005), a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT) pathways; paclitaxel, a microtubule-stabilizing chemotherapeutic agent; a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent (such as cisplatin or carboplatin) that induces DNA damage; and bevacizumab, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to inhibit angiogenesis. By combining dual immune checkpoint inhibition with cytotoxic chemotherapy and anti-angiogenic therapy, this regimen aims to synergistically enhance anti-tumor immune responses, disrupt tumor vasculature, and promote cancer cell death. It is developed by Suzhou Zelgen Biopharmaceuticals and is currently in Phase I/II clinical trials.
