Nimotuzumab, Toripalimab, Cisplatin, Albumin-bound Paclitaxel, and Capecitabine combination therapy

This is a combination therapy regimen that has been studied in clinical trials for various cancers. The combination includes two targeted therapies (nimotuzumab and toripalimab) along with three chemotherapy agents (cisplatin, albumin-bound paclitaxel, and capecitabine). Nimotuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Toripalimab is a humanized immunoglobulin G4 monoclonal antibody against PD-1 that has shown promising anti-tumor efficacy in multiple solid tumors. Cisplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy drug that prevents cellular DNA repair by binding to and causing crosslinking of DNA, triggering apoptosis. Albumin-bound paclitaxel (also known as nab-paclitaxel) is a taxane-based chemotherapy. Capecitabine is an antimetabolite chemotherapy drug that gets broken down into fluorouracil in cells, which interferes with DNA and RNA synthesis.
