ningmitai + celecoxib

Ningmitai + celecoxib is a combination drug regimen comprised of the traditional Chinese medicine formulation Ningmitai capsule and the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) celecoxib. Ningmitai capsule contains a blend of plant-derived ingredients with anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and immune-modulating properties and is approved in China for the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS)[4][5]. Celecoxib is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor used to alleviate pain and reduce inflammation. The combination is being studied for enhanced efficacy and safety in men with CP/CPPS, with or without coexisting erectile dysfunction, aiming to provide greater symptom relief (pain, urinary symptoms) than either monotherapy.
