Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Nivolumab + relatlimab** is a fixed-dose dual immune-checkpoint inhibitor combination marketed as **Opdualag**. It combines nivolumab, a programmed cell death protein 1 inhibitor, with relatlimab, a lymphocyte-activation gene 3 blocking monoclonal antibody. Concurrent PD-1 and LAG-3 blockade is intended to restore antitumor T-cell activity through complementary checkpoint pathways. Bristol Myers Squibb developed the combination as BMS-986213. In the United States, the intravenous formulation is approved for adults and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older with unresectable or metastatic melanoma.
