Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**NIZ985 + tislelizumab** is an investigational combination of two immunotherapy agents for cancer treatment. **NIZ985** is a recombinant human interleukin-15 heterodimer (IL-15 complexed with IL-15 receptor α), designed to stimulate the proliferation and activation of CD8+ T cells and natural killer cells to enhance antitumor immune responses. **Tislelizumab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), blocking immune checkpoint signaling to facilitate immune-mediated tumor cell killing. This combination aims to potentiate immune system activity against malignancies, especially in tumors with resistance to prior checkpoint inhibitor therapy. The combination is primarily studied in advanced solid tumors and lymphoma, particularly in patients relapsed after immune checkpoint inhibitors.[5]
