Overview

NK510 + sugemalimab is an experimental combination regimen for cancer therapy, specifically being studied for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). NK510 is an investigational natural killer (NK) cell therapy, which uses allogeneic NK cells to target tumor cells (precise details on engineering or NK cell source are not established in public sources). Sugemalimab is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that binds programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and enabling anti-tumor immune responses. The rationale for this combination is the potential synergy between cellular immunotherapy (NK510) and checkpoint inhibition (sugemalimab), as NK cells may further enhance anti-tumor immunity when PD-L1 interactions are disabled. Sugemalimab was developed by CStone and is commercially available in some regions as Cejemly for cancers including NSCLC and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma[4][5][2].
