NKT2152 + palbociclib + sasanlimab

This is a combination regimen of three investigational and/or approved agents: - **NKT2152** is a potent, selective, orally available small molecule inhibitor of HIF2α (hypoxia-inducible factor 2-alpha), designed to prevent transcription of HIF2α-regulated genes involved in tumorigenesis, angiogenesis, and glycolysis.
