normal saline + palonosetron

This is a combination of normal saline (an isotonic solution of sodium chloride in water) and palonosetron, a selective serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. Normal saline serves as an intravenous fluid for hydration or as a vehicle for drug administration, while palonosetron is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery. Palonosetron works by blocking 5-HT3 receptors both peripherally (in the gastrointestinal tract) and centrally (in the chemoreceptor trigger zone of the brain), thereby inhibiting the vomiting reflex triggered by serotonin release during emetogenic stimuli[6][8][9]. The combination may be used when palonosetron is administered intravenously diluted in normal saline.
