Overview

NY-ESO-1 TCR-T cells (Fujian Cancer Hospital) is an investigational T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T-cell therapy developed by Fujian Cancer Hospital for the treatment of NY-ESO-1-positive solid tumors. The therapy involves the genetic modification of a patient's T cells to express a high-affinity TCR specific for the New York Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma 1 (NY-ESO-1) antigen, a cancer-testis antigen frequently expressed in various malignancies but with limited expression in normal tissues. These engineered cells are designed to recognize and eliminate tumor cells presenting NY-ESO-1 peptides in the context of HLA-A2. The treatment protocol typically includes a lymphodepleting preparative regimen (e.g., fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and albumin-bound paclitaxel) followed by the infusion of the TCR-T cells and subsequent administration of high-dose IL-2 to support cell expansion and persistence.
