OBT076 + balstilimab + gemcitabine

A combination therapy consisting of three agents: **OBT076**, a CD205-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC); **balstilimab**, a fully human monoclonal antibody and programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor; and **gemcitabine**, a nucleoside analog and classic chemotherapy agent. OBT076 delivers a cytotoxic payload to CD205-expressing cancer cells and promotes immunogenic cell death, potentially priming the tumor microenvironment; balstilimab blocks the PD-1 immune checkpoint, enhancing the ability of T-cells to recognize and attack tumor cells; gemcitabine disrupts DNA synthesis and induces apoptosis in proliferating tumor cells.
