Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OC101 + OC111 is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Oncocross for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Discovered via the RAPTOR AI™ platform, this combination is designed to target the complex, multi-gene expression signatures associated with NASH rather than focusing on a single protein target. One component, OC101, is an incrementally modified drug also being evaluated as a monotherapy for liver cirrhosis. The combination aims to address both the metabolic and fibrotic components of NASH and is currently in the IND-enabling stage of preclinical development.
