This is an investigational combination therapy comprising three monoclonal antibodies: **ociperlimab** (an anti-TIGIT monoclonal antibody), **tislelizumab** (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), and **bevacizumab** (an anti-VEGF-A monoclonal antibody). Ociperlimab and tislelizumab are designed to enhance antitumor immune responses by blocking immune checkpoints TIGIT and PD-1 respectively, thus overcoming immune evasion by tumors. Bevacizumab inhibits angiogenesis by binding VEGF-A and preventing activation of its receptors. This combination is being evaluated in clinical trials primarily for patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer, particularly those previously treated with chemotherapy, leveraging synergistic immune activation and anti-angiogenic mechanisms. Ociperlimab and tislelizumab are being developed by BeiGene, while bevacizumab is marketed as Avastin by Roche. The combination aims to improve response rates and survival in difficult-to-treat malignancies, and its safety and efficacy are currently the subject of active clinical investigation[2][4][6].
