**Octenidine dihydrochloride + isopropyl alcohol** is a topical antiseptic combination widely used for skin disinfection before medical and surgical procedures. Octenidine dihydrochloride is a cationic surfactant with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, and some fungi.
