OKT3 + ANTAG2 is a **combination immunosuppressive therapy** consisting of OKT3 (muromonab-CD3), a murine monoclonal antibody that binds to the CD3 antigen on human T cells, and ANTAG2, for which no standard substance or published pharmacologic profile is currently identified. - **OKT3** (muromonab-CD3) functions as a potent immunosuppressant by binding to CD3 on T cells, rapidly depleting peripheral CD3+ lymphocytes, and modulating the CD3/T-cell receptor complex, thereby blocking T-cell activation and proliferation. This immunosuppression is exploited clinically to prevent and treat organ transplant rejection and has been tested in various autoimmune conditions[2][3][5][6][8]. - **ANTAG2** does not correspond to any widely recognized or described monoclonal antibody, immunosuppressive drug, or therapeutic agent in scientific references; its mechanism, target, and role are unknown, and so no mechanistic or regulatory data can be provided for this component of the combination. - The combination is presumably parenteral (IV), based on standard OKT3 use.
